Maintenance-Free With Collar Brass DIN9834 Oilless Guide Bushing Bearing is a high-performance self-lubricating, maintenance-free guide bushing bearing. Made of high-quality bronze material and embedded with graphite lubricant, it can achieve long-term stable operation without external lubrication. This bearing complies with DIN9834 and ISO 9448 standards, has excellent wear resistance and anti-fatigue performance, and is suitable for radial and axial loads. The graphite insert design can provide lifetime lubrication, effectively reducing maintenance costs, especially suitable for use in high temperature, high load or difficult to oil environment.

The DIN 9834 collar bushing features an integral flange-style collar that provides positive axial location in press tooling applications. The collar eliminates the need for separate retaining rings or shoulder screws, reducing assembly complexity. Manufactured from high strength brass with graphite lubricant inserts distributed along the cylindrical guide surface. The collar face remains free of lubricant to maintain full contact area for clamping and locating functions.

Installation Requirements
  • Housing bore: ISO H7 for press fit
  • Counterbore depth: collar thickness + 0.03mm clearance
  • Press tool: must contact collar face uniformly
  • Max press force: 15 kN for 80mm ID
  • Do not apply force to guide bore
Inspection & Maintenance
  • Check collar face for burrs before install
  • Measure bore wear at 20000 stroke intervals
  • Replace when ID wear exceeds 0.06mm
  • Clean collar shoulder during maintenance
  • Verify collar protrusion consistency
