Product Description:

JF-20 high percentage of tin with aluminum alloy bearing is backed on low carbon steel, pressed with AISn20Cu as liner. It has fairly good performance in anti-fatigue and good load capacity, anti-corrosion, and smooth sliding movement. It is usually used as an engine bearing with a middle or low power, air compressor bearing. It is a good substitution for Babbit material.

JF-20 high tin aluminum alloy bearing is a high performance bimetallic bearing, composed of a low carbon steel matrix and a rolled AlSn20Cu material on the surface. The bearing has medium fatigue strength and load capacity, good corrosion resistance and sliding properties, and is suitable for applications such as small and medium power internal combustion engine bearings, train engine bearings, air compressor sleeves and refrigerator bearings. The maximum dynamic load is 30 N/mm², the maximum operating temperature is 150℃, the alloy layer hardness is HB30~40, the friction coefficient (lubricating oil lubrication) is 0.08~0.17, and the maximum linear speed is 25 m/s. JF-20 is a new Babbitt alloy substitute, widely used in the field of industrial machinery.
